About you

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our professional services team in delivering successful platform deployments to our enterprise customers. You'll orchestrate complex implementation projects, manage cross-functional resources, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our federated data platform. Your ability to balance technical understanding, project management discipline, and customer relationship skills will be key to driving adoption and success.

What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in enterprise software or data platform implementations

  • Strong track record of managing complex technical deployments with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with professional services delivery models and customer success methodologies

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization

  • Proven ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects

  • Understanding of data platforms, enterprise architecture, or cloud deployment principles

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (PMP or similar certification preferred)

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate technical and organizational challenges

Highly Desired Skills
  • Experience with data mesh, federated data architectures, or enterprise data management

  • Knowledge of change management principles and organizational adoption strategies

  • Background in managing AI/ML implementation projects

  • Experience creating and refining professional services offerings and delivery methodologies

  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security considerations

  • Previous client-facing consulting or professional services role

  • Experience measuring and tracking customer value realization and ROI

  • Understanding of DevOps practices and platform implementation considerations

You will be responsible for
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of platform implementation projects for enterprise customers

  • Develop and refine standardized methodologies for deploying our platform across different customer environments

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and customer stakeholders

  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure successful outcomes

  • Establish clear success metrics for deployments and track progress against customer objectives

  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide timely updates to internal and customer stakeholders

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support

  • Capture and document best practices, lessons learned, and reusable implementation assets

  • Provide input to product teams on deployment challenges and customer requirements

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term success
