About You
You are a seasoned Product / UX Designer who can balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution. In this role, you'll craft intuitive experiences for our B2B data products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that delight our users while addressing complex business challenges. You have experience designing for complex applications and enjoy translating complicated workflows into accessible interfaces. You value user research, iterative design processes, and cross-functional collaboration with developers and product teams. You'll create intuitive experiences for our data products, balancing quick iterations with thoughtful design decisions.
You will be responsible for
Design user-centered interfaces for our federated data platform and conversational AI tools
Create intuitive dashboards that visualize complex data clearly and effectively
Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user journeys
Rapidly prototype wireframes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design quality and consistency
Contribute to product strategy through user insights and systems thinking
Develop scalable information architectures and content structures
Maintain a balance between fast delivery and thoughtful design
Identify and champion opportunities for user delight
Work iteratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
What you bring to the table
3+ years of UX design experience, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy products
Proficiency with Figma (prototyping, auto layout, and latest features)
Strong foundation in UX principles, heuristics, and interaction design
Experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or tools
Ability to map user journeys and structure information intuitively
Experience with responsive design for web and mobile platforms
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting requirements
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Bonus points if you have
Experience with conversational UX/UI
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Exposure to AI/ML interface design
Background in user testing or lean research
Understanding of front-end development
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
Experience mentoring junior designers
